Co do G80, to jest to odwołanie cyklu wiercenia. Jeśli to sterownikowi nie pasuje, to musi być jakiś inny kod G, który jest za to odpowiedzialny.

Przejrzałem jeszcze raz kod który wrzuciłem, i nie widzę błędu w linii 44, ani po (z regóły sterownik czyta kilka linii w przód). Także nie jestem w stanie powiedzieć co tam jest nie tak. Jedyną rzeczą która mi się rzuciła w oczy to M01 przed końcem zapisu, co powinno być zmienione na M02 lub M30.

Funkcje pomocnicze pominąłem w kodzie, z racji tego, że na maszynie różnych producentów kody mogą się różnić. Z tego co słyszałem to nawet ten sam producent na tym samym modelu maszyny stosuje różne kody M, także nie warto je tu pisać. Co do parametrów obróbki, dopasowałem je do materiału, czyli aluminium, dostosowane są do wierteł z węglika z powłoką, bez chłodzenia przez wrzeciono.

Zienek takie proste rzeczy generować z wykorzystaniem modułu CAM to czyste lenistwo lub niewiedza. Od ręki napisał byś to szybciej niż Projektant w CAMie.

ot stworzyłem coś pod frez 2.4

0 jest na materiale, grubość materiału 25. posuwy po 200m/min, zbieranie po 0.5 mm

najpierw wykona kieszeń potem zaznaczy 2 otwory i potem wytnie w koło

Polecam zapoznać się z działem "CAM" na forum - są tam programy, w których "rysuje się" wybrany model, a następnie kilkoma kliknięciami uzyskamy automatycznie wygenerowany kod CNC.

nie wiem czy zauważył kolega ale osoba pytająca ma 76 lat, więc może być ciężko z nauką programów. aczkolwiek zgadzam się, jest to pożyteczna wiedza jak się ma maszynkę cnc jak również i zapoznanie sie z programami typu CAD ( choćby z darmowym Solid Edge 2D Draft)

Witam ponownie Kochani. Dzisiaj miałem ciężki dzień bo niestety odezwały się moje dolegliwości...a mam już ich trochę i dopiero teraz czuję się na tyle dobrze aby Wam Kochani podziękować bardzo ale to bardzo serdecznie za zmarnowany Wasz prywatny czas jaki poświęcacie dla mnie. Ja wiem że to są z pewnością tematy do nauczenia się i nie sprawiają Wam Kochani większego problemu a to wszystko nie chce po prostu już wchodzić w mój stary łeb i tyle. Siedzę, kombinuję i kicha. Co prawda udało mi się ju wygrawerować napis i powolutku zaczynam rozumieć g-kody ale to jest dopiero raczkowanie! Chciałbym wyjść z tego niemowlęcego wieku, ale czy dam radę? Zobaczymy! Na razie mam już ogromną frajdę z samego grawerowania i to już jest coś! To wszystko dzięki Wam Kochani! Bardzo Wam Dziękuję. Dziękuję Tobie "zacharius" jutro postaram się wypróbować napisany przez Ciebie g-kod. Teraz jednak muszę niestety łyknąć procha i do łóżka bo czuję się znowu gorzej. Dobranoc dla wszystkich.

No i właśnie skończyłem frezowanie. Wszystko Super! Tak jak chciałem. Mam w ręce gotowy element. Byłoby fajnie gdyby te otwory frez robił na wylot albo do maksymalnej długości frezu (13mm). Ponieważ zmieniłem grubość materiału do 13mm spróbowałem zmodyfikować Twoj program "zacharius" i po wnikliwej analizie usunąłem linijki które były odpowiedzialne za wycinanie wyfrezowanego już krążka. No i się udało, krążek ma grubość 13mm. Patrzyłem również na nawiercanie tych dwóch otworów ale jeszcze nie jestem taki dobry i niestety nie potrafie jeszcze zrobić takiej modyfikacji. No i drugim problemem jest fakt że wymiar wewnętrzny wyfrezowanego zagłębienia jest trochę mniejszy od wymaganego 33.85mm. Nie wiem czy to jest wina złego ustawienia Mach-a czy programu. Chciałbym jednak "zacharius" abyś wiedział że jestem super zadowolony i w żadnym wypadku nie zamierzam marudzić. Jest naprawde ok! Bardzo pięknie Ci Kolego dziękuję oraz serdecznie pozdrawiam.

no i super, ciesze się że wyszło dobrze.
różnica na średnicy może być z różnych powodów, niedokładność maszyny, inna jednak średnica freza niż 2.4. trochę na minus to w sumie lepiej jak na plus, chociaż zależy od zastosowania. łatwej kijek obcięńkować niż go później pogrubasić :mrgreen:

co do nawiercania to można zrobić i na wylot od razu z docelową średnica otworów np z zejściem freza po po spirali.
to by wyglądało np tak (sama część kodu oznaczona Drill1):

Dziękuję "zacharius"! Później wypróbuję bo teraz mam niestety zajęcia z wnukami, potem zakupy i spacerek. Oczywiście przycisnąłem przycisk "pomógł"....widzisz Kolego nawet na zasadach forum się dobrze nie znam a co dopiero na tych skomplikowanych programach. Dobrze że mi podpowiedziałeś bo w ten sposób mogę Ci chyba najbardziej podziękować a i innym kolegom również> Dziękuję raz jeszcze...odezwę się po próbach....pozdr.
