ale tam nie można nic dodać ... ino odinstalować, zmienić i naprawić

Zainstalowałem nowy system win 7, nie znam go dokładnie a muszę zainstalować program, tu jest instukcja jak to zrobić, tylko nie wim gdzie w "7" jes dodaj programy

"4.2. Install usb-emulator drivers
Start -> Control Panel -> Add Hardware (Yes, I have already connected the hardware) -> Add a new hardware device ->
Install the hardware that I manually select from a list -> Show all Devices -> Have disk -> Browse ->
(browse to folder "USB-Emul_Win64") -> OK -> Confirm to install not certificated drivers if Windows ask for.."

start > Panel sterowania i co dalej ?
w instrukcji niby jest "Hardware" czyli sprzęt .. już nie wiem

mógłby ktoś pomóc?
