Witam,
Potrzebuje pomocy w edycji postprocesora na maszynę DMU 50 ze sterowaniem Sinumeric 840d. Mam jednorazowo wdrożyć detal a nie mam doświadczenia z tym sterowaniem.. Korzystam ze standardowego posta w NX MILL_5_AXIS_SINUMERIK_ACTT_MM ale on generuje obróbkę ustawczą (3+2) za pomocą funkcji TRAORI. A to stwarza problem podczas ustawienia osi obrotowych (zazwyczaj wyjeżdża na krańcówkę). Wydaj mi się ze powinien najpierw obrócić osie za pomocą innych funkcji np.CYCLE800 (analogicznie do HH funkcja PLANE) dojechać do przedmiotu i dopiero wtedy włączyć funkcje TRAORI jeśli jest to obróbka symultaniczna a jeśli ustawcza to wykonywać obróbkę trzy osiową . Przykład wygenerowanej obróbki 3+2 poniżej.
Proszę o podpowiedz jak zmienić posta w postbulder żeby generował cycle800 przy obróbce indeksowanej.
Jeśli ktoś będzie chciał podzielić się fragmentem wygenerowanego kodu jako przykład obróbki indeksowanej i symultanicznej to będę wdzięczny.
Wszelkie uwagi w temacie są mile widziane.

Jeśli się z tym uporasz to zamieść proszę plik *.pui na forum chętnie skorzystam.

Zajrzyj w przykładowym pliku, który jest w standardowej instalacji NX:

Nxcam, możesz tu zamieścić plik prt obróbki i pui tego postprocesora bo za chiny nie mogę uzyskać w kodzie cyklu 800 do obr indeksowanej 5ax?

zibi: te pliki są w standardowej instalacji NX, sprawdź w tych lokalizacjach o których pisałem wcześniej

jackforest: postprocesory, które piszemy dla firm mają od razu zaimplementowany CYCLE800 (dla obróbek indeksowanych) i TRAORI do obróbek płynnych 5-osiowych i te funkcje włączą się same w zależności od rodzaju używanej operacji.
- ale wiadomo gotowego ci nie wyślę :)

Jeśli korzystasz z przykładowego postprocesora, który instaluje się razem z NX CAM, to by uzyskać CYCLE800 musisz go włączyć z poziomu UDE (User Defined Events)

Z tego co zauważyłem, to NX CAM 10 nie widzi tego UDE dla Sinumerik...

Czyli musisz zrobić tak:

1) x:\....\NX10\MACH\resource\user_def_event
- wejdź do tego katalogu
- jest tam plik ude.cdl (to funkcje dodatkowe napisane pod FANUC)
- jest tam też plik Siemens_Cycles.cdl
- zrób kopie tych plików
- zmień nazwę ude.cdl na jakiś inną
- zmień nazwę Siemens_Cycles.cdl na ude.cdl

W ten sposób - po ponownym starcie - NX CAM zaciągnie te funkcje specjalne (UDE) z pliku z funkcjami Sinumerik

2) Po uruchomieniu NX CAM wejdź do operacji i włącz odpowiednie UDE

3) w kodzie powinien się pojawić CYCLE800 np:
N480 CYCLE800(1,"R_DATA",0,57,0.,0.,0.,180.,88.,90.,0.,0.,0.,-1,1.)

Włączenie CYCLE800 można zrobić dla kilku operacji naraz (po ich zaznaczeniu) pod prawym klawiszem myszy
- Obiekt/Zdarzenie...

...i jeszcze jedno: jeśli masz DMU 50 "ECO" to te maszyny nie są do obróbki symultanicznej i nie obsługują TRAORI
- nie możesz mieć w jednej linii XYZ i BC
- unikaj przy ruchach szybkich zaokrągleń, ruchów bezpiecznych np. po walcu czy kuli itd. bo maszyna tego nie realizuje i sterownik wyrzuci błąd

...

Dajcie znać czy zadziałało.

Ok powalczę z ude, bez tego ten przykładowy z \NXxx\MACH\resource\library\machine\installed_machines\sim14_mill_5ax\postprocessor\sinumerik nie postuje cyku 800.
NX CAD, NX CAM, FREZOWANIE 5AX, ELEKTRODRĄŻARKI WGŁĘBNE I DRUTOWE. PEPS, VERICUT. Pomagam w NX przez Team Viewer. Postprocesory NX.

Postprocesor nr 1 nie ma nic wspólnego z postprocesorem nr 2.

Postprocesor nr 1: mill_5axis_actt_Sinumerik_840D_mm
- jest bez grafiki maszyny 3D
- znajduje się w lokalizacji: x:\....\NX10\MACH\resource\postprocessor...
- ma osie obrotowe AC w stole
- po podmianie UDE działa CYCLE800

Postprocesor nr 2: sim8_mill_5ax_sinumerik_mm (w NX 10 to sim8 ma osie prostopadłe i stół AC)
- jest z grafiką maszyny 3D
- znajduje się w lokalizacji: x:\....\NX10\MACH\resource\library\machine\installed_machines\sim8_mill_5ax\postprocessor\sinumerik...
- ma osie obrotowe AC w stole
- postprocesor z grafiką maszyny ma zaszyte w pliku *.pui skąd widzi UDE
- jeśli nie chcesz korzystać z grafiki 3D to sprawdź czy włączenie CYCLE800 działa z poziomu UDE

Sposób pisania postprocesora może być różny, dlatego uważaj co się będzie działo na maszynie. :)

Generalnie ustaw w UDE opcję Transformacji na Swiveling (CYCLE800)

NX CAM dziękuje za podpowiedz z UDE - działa :) , pozostało sprawdzić poprawność na maszynie.
Chciałbym jeszcze zamienić kolejność najazdów po cycle800 na bardziej bezpieczny.
Aktualnie jest:
N430 CYCLE800(1,"R_DATA",0,57,0.,0.,0.,-90.,-0.,90.,0.,0.,0.,1,1.)
N440 G0 X-71.027 Y-50.021 Z55. S1273 D0 M3 ( Bezpieczniej będzie jeśli najpierw najedzie osi XY a później zjedzie do detalu w osi Z)
Jak to zmienić??

Na co dzień pracuje na HH i tam jest obrót stołu programowany za pomocą:

-analogicznie w Sinumeric powino być CYCLE800 - dojazd do detalu - TRAORI.
Mogę się mylić bo nie ma na co dzień styczności z tym sterowaniem.

Aby odblokować zdarzenia dla sinumerica trzeba w ude.cdl w linii #INCLUDE {$UGII_CAM_USER_DEF_EVENT_DIR/Siemens_Cycles.cdl} skasować #.
