These are items purchased and stockpiled as part of an recently abandoned CNC build. There is a massive amount of parts here, originally acquired to build a heavy duty cartesian style router, but could easily be adapted to other CNC forms and other end uses such as a plasma cutter, laser or whatever you want.
Looking at the items, the planned machine appears to have been conceived as a Rack and Pinion X & Y axis, there is a considerable amount (4800mm) of left and right hand matched M1- 2000 SC45 steel undrilled straight cut rack.
The is also a considerable amount of Slot 8, N x 40mm sections most are new and unused, some still wrapped. This is very high quality section believed to be German (Bosch?) manufactured. A list of the sections follows:-

There are 4 brand new (boxed) 23HS45-4204S Nema 23 bipolar-stepper motors. These are 4 wire, 3Nm (425oz) top quality items, complete with a matched power supply system, all purchased from StepperOnline. These alone are £200 in UK, IF you can get hold of them.
There are 6 x Hall effect adjustable safety stop switches, 2 x 400mm Linear Bearing assemblies (possibly for the Z axis), 2 x pairs of Plummer block bearings, 2 x Emergency Stop Switches, 1 x Tool Setting device, 1 x 1000mm Expandable Drag Chain, Bags of aircraft style wiring male & female wiring connectors, drive rod connectors and loads of hardware, mostly 8mm hex cap screws of various length.
