i accidentally entred the i/o config meny and said plc will block but i thinked it just go to stop and run again and after that it deleted the plc program and i/o config or also called triaset.dat i didnt have the orginal files so i got from another 504 which is the same i loaded the program triaset.dat, plc program, edit k constans and edit messages but i have two error or alarms foto zell or securit light barrier sensors and elektrospindel 1 but the problem is i have 24vdc at the input of plc but plc doesnt see the signal i dont know why because i check both machines wiring diagram both have the photo cell conected to same input my machine and the machine i have got program from it in both machine x17.3 is input for light barrier but i disaplys that as alarm also the led on input card is on evrything is fine from sensor to plc but plc doesnt sees it i dont know im very confused also same for the elektro spindel 1. can someone help me please.
