5 axis CNC router
At the moment we finished new construction of B C axis for our 5 axis CNC router. After postprocessor tune up, we will start the real 5 axis CNC machining works. I will load up the video also as it is ready.
I don't think that this week it would be possible.
The spindle Kress is a temporary one, for the test works (we have already machined oak wood, we think that it will be good for aluminium also).
It will be changed for a better one in some time.
The construction is shaded by paper because the Chinese were very interested in our rotary axis design.

Very well job, but there is still not enough movies to show us, what it can do.
Here is a lot of people who are waiting for some samples.
In this place we have a hundrets users, who can built similar machines.
There is not a lot of solutions to bulit 5 axis machines, and if You want some help yours covers should be taken;-) just to compare ours technology and to give You some good words.
