Trumatic L3003 problem!?

I have following problem:
149 DATA I/0
I/0 unit: time out
I have check this setting in
DATA I/O,
DATA IN - ON PANEL, DCR 4800
DATA OUT - ON PANEL, DCR 4800
We start OneCNC (NClink) software, send data and no receiving on panel.
We have check everything and all cables are OK, OneCNC software is OK, but we can not establish connection with the panel.
Is there some subprogram we should load to activate this communication from the panel? Maybe from service function (D1, D2... options) or similar.
Is there some possibility that we should activate some subprogram to make this port active?
