mam poważną wątpliwość co dokładności liczenia czasu obróbki w cyclu 97 toczenia gwitu, zmiana obrotów nawet o100% nie powoduje zmiany czasu obróbki, próbowałem nawet z G96
a w ogóle to przy cyclu 95 liczy poprawnie tylko przy G96 ?

Jezeli sprobujesz symulacji na maszynie - wyjdzie to samo
. Po prosty Siemens ( a wlasciwie firma ktora napisala ten software dla Siemensa) zrobil jakis feler w normalnym sterowaniu. A ze Sinutrain jest zaadaptowanym softem z maszyny to sie to przenioslo. Dlatego nacinanie w "real" trwa np. 30s a w symylatorze tylko tyle co czas symylacji.
Z tego co pamietam klakulacja czasu wiercenia tez jest zrypana.
Wogole na caly skalkulowany czas musisz brac poprawke bo pewne kroki ( np wymiana narzedzia, potwierdzenia funkcji M, oczekiwanie na wrzeciono, itp) nie sa brane pod uwage wiec twoj czas w symulatorze bedzie czasami znacznie krotszy.

Hello,I am from Malaysia,I am using sinutrain v6.03.I have an error when running the problem,the program is closed when it reach no machine define window.I cant use my software because of this problem.Does anyone know how to solve and run this program?Im really need to use this program to do my final project (I'm a student in mechanical engineering).Sorry because I post in english,I dont understand the language use here.Please help me

Hello, sigma_deo.
I had similar problem when I installed Sinutrain. Firs try to install it on C drive. Then you need to set right decimal point in settings: Control Panel -> Regional and Languages Setings-> Region: English. (see manual for Sinutrain!)
Also very important think is: you need to konfigure machine type before you start sinutrain.
There can be more other reasons
It is some message comming up ?

Hello gelo,
Tq for your reply.My problem is I dont know how to define the machine.The machine define menu should pop out at the first time the program run,but the program will just closed down automatically after the message "no machine define".Do you know how to define the machine?I needed the shopmill function in the program because Im using a shopmill machine.

Look into the path where You installed Sinutrain:
On my PC it is:
C:/SI_TRAIN/MaschKonf.exe
Here You can add new machine.
