frezowanie kieszeni frezem

witam, mam małą zagryche. musze wyfrezować 4 kieszenie, dł 120, szerokość 26 i są promienie r10. nie moge więc dać większego narzedzia niż D20, biorę więc do roboty freza VHM D20.
niestety wysięg jest duży, bo frez z oprawką ma dł L=220
chciałbym zapytać jak to zaprogramować aby żywotnośc freza była jak największa a przy tym zaoszczedzić jak najwiecej czasu. napisałem taki program, frezuje niestety w pełnym materiale.

teraz czy to da jakoś większą zywotnośc dla tego freza? wiem, że posów troche duży no ale to tylko 0,5

jak proponujecie to inaczej wykonać?

Witam,

Wejście w materiał rób po spirali lub rampie, a jak nie to wywierć otwór na środku kieszeni i tam się zagłębiaj. W narożnikach frez będzie dostawał po d**** (R naroża = R freza). Użyj mniejszego freza. Jaka jest głębokość kieszeni?

Przecież płytkowe łyknie raz, dwa te 9mm. Możesz zamiast wiertła użyć freza i wykopać otwór po spirali. Frez D18 już będzie lepszy niż D20. Chyba, że masz jakieś małe głowiczki na płytki. Na gotowo możesz objechać ściany jakimś małym frezem np. D10, jeśli zależy Ci na jakości powierzchni.

Twoje narzędzie nie nadaje się do tego.
Jeśli naprawde zależy Ci na czasie , kup krótkie oprawki i zrób to na dwa narzędzie. Pierwszym zgrubnie , drugim na gotowo.
Wszystko zależy od ilości sztuk i tolerancji.

ja to musze robić niestety na wysięgu 200mm :D kupić oprawki to też nie jest łatwo w firmie której pracuje :shock:

Najzwyklejsze oprawki na Weldona to przecież nie majątek.

jestem w stanie to napisać z palca z kompensacją? bo mam watpliwości.no na pewno sie da ale mam co do swojej osoby wątpliwości :) używam cimco ale nie ma takiego cyklu. jak narysuje w cimco kontur i dam opcje frezowania otworu czy kieszeni to niestety robi inny cykl.


chce użyc freza garanta D16.
najlepszą opcją byłoby wywiercenie otworu na środku x0y0 wiertłem 17,5 (takie już w programie idzie więc oszczedzam czas)




dobra zrobiłem przykładowy kod, jak ktoś ma symulacje może zobaczyć czy to jest frezowanie trochoidalne?
