OSAI series 10 write protected partition issue

My first topic was deleted and I do not know why. I am reposting.
I own a cnc machine with a Osai sereis 10 controller.
The cnc has 1 HDD with 4 partion disk (primaries)
My problem is that under Normal Boot partitions e: and F: are write protected. They should not be write protected since F hold the part gcode (unable to load file or edit them). also e holds all amp data tcp etc so it should not be write protected.
If i boot into emergency mode (folding F1 during boot) all partitions are NOT write protected.
I have all security level passwords. I tired them all but I can not remove the write protection from E and F and normal mode
I also check attribes and they are all fine
Willing to pay anyone that know the solution to this problem
