Problemy z ubuntu 10.04 LTS- Lucid Lynx i Linux CNC

Witam.
Dzisiaj postawiłem Ubuntu na drugim kompie bo z pierwszym cały czas była zwała z uruchomieniem ( czy mogła to być wina baterii biosowskiej?). Czasami odpalił bez problemów, a czasami ładowanie kończyło się na ekranie z kółeczkami.
Tym razem system został zainstalowany na stacjonarce HP z AthlonemX2.
Pierwszy problem polega na tym że sterując maszyną manualnie często pojawia się opóźnienie
( puszczam strzałkę a maszyna jeszcze jedzie kilka mm. czasami cm.).
Drugi problem to wieszające się silniki ustawione identycznie jak na poprzednim kompie.
Myślałem że może aktualizacja tych wszystkich pierdół pomoże...
Niestety po tym włączając linuxacnc system natychmiast zwisa.
Stawiać to na starszym sprzęcie czy cuś?

Mów mi tak dalej... :neutral: od dwóch tygodni mam linuxa z cnc.
Potrafię skonfigurować silniki,zbazować i odpalić program :sad: .
Przepraszam ale nie ogarniam tematu..

Wartości steplen, stepspace, dirhold i dirsetup są w nanosekundach i powinieneś je ustawić wg instrukcji Twojego sterownika krokowego. Jeśli nie masz takich informacji wpisz w tych 4 pozycjach wartość 5000, wygenruj konfigurację i przetestuj. Reszta konfiguracji wygląda rozsądnie.

Powiem szczerze że nie zrobiłem sobie screena z ustawieniami parametrów czasowych.
Sterowniki z cnc profi 4,6 Nm 5,5 A szt 3 i na zetce 3Nm 3A ale nigdzie nie widziałem danych o których piszesz. Chyba że można to jakoś obliczyć...?

Jak sterownik przyjmuje do 300k impulsów to minimalna długość kroku to:
(1/300000)*1000000000 = 3333 (czas kroku w ns).
W konfiguracji używającej portu LPT możesz spokojnie podwoić ten wynik i tą wartość (6666) wpisujesz do steplen i stepspace.
A w dirsetup i dirhold wpisz bezpiecznie po 10000 i już.

Człowiek tępy....logiczne się wydaje że jeśli silnik dostaje krótszy impuls to szybciej reaguje :oops: Jutro może coś potestuje... punkcik poleciałmicges, dzięki!

I jeszcze jeden błąd przy odpalaniu programu:

Oczywiście pokryję koszt dojazdu i postawie dobrą flache ;)

Uruchom program 'latency-test' na parę godzin i wstaw tu wyniki po tym czasie

Nie jestem pewien czy miałem spisać wyniki które są aktualnie wyświetlane czy zapisywane jest to w jakimś pliku. Więc spisałem...
Po około 2h:

...nic nie robiąc.
Jak otwarłem sobie jakiś plik nastąpiła zmaina:

kolejne spostrzeżenie niekumatego :neutral:
Komunikat wyskakuje od razu podczas uruchomienia i Silniki pracują normalnie.
Jeśli załaduje .tapa około 100tys ten sam komunikat i silini silniki wariują.
Ładuje kolejnego .tapa 3000 lini błedu nie wywala silniki znów pracują normalnie.
