Start with the material

International material purchases bring technical, documentary and commercial questions together. Alkharteet, based in Nairobi, presents its catalogue as a way for buyers to start that discussion around a defined requirement.

Make the enquiry specific

First identify the material, intended use, quantity and destination. Then ask what information the supplier can provide for a specific offer, how independent inspection can be arranged and who will handle each stage of the transaction.

Review the offer

Evaluate the responses against your own due-diligence standards. Keep price, material specifications, delivery obligations and payment conditions in one decision record, and confirm the applicable legal and documentary requirements with qualified advisers.

Discuss your requirement

Share the material, quantity and destination with Alkharteet (https://alkharteet.co.ke/contact/) to start an enquiry.
