Impressed the way you done the steps and the professionalism you engineered the required parts! Big congrat and thanks for sharing!
Recently purchased a Proxxon MF70 machine and spent the last weeks discovering the upgrade possibilities for more stability, reliability.
Through that I found your forum and was really happy to see your upgrades and planning to perform similar upgrades once my machine will arrive. Mostly that I operate my other benchtop machines with 775 DC motor with the regulatror. So your upgrade would be the most proper in my case.
Could you please help me with the below points?
1. Motor mounting-conversation plates: would appreciate sharing the plans for the . A dxf or something similar file would be the best so that I can work with, in light of the probable different contruction I will get.
2. Clutch for the axle: did you use the same clutch was originally given at the machine, or you created a new one (lathe or mill) please? If yours is a unique, self made one, please be so kind sharing that plan as well.
