Timer T69? Can you explain what it is, becouse I thought, that you just wanted to set correct Time on PLC

Here is the subroutine "Lubrication", in which I want to understand.
In the 530 Service Manual I did not find what parameter T69 is set, so I would like to understand where it can be tuned in order to understand the logic of the program.
