niestety musze program przerobić, bo haas nie włączy na g02 lub g03 kompensacji. na razie nie mam innego wyboru jak frez, tudzież brak kompensacji nie wchodzi w gre :)

jestem w stanie to napisać z palca z kompensacją? bo mam watpliwości.no na pewno sie da ale mam co do swojej osoby wątpliwości :) używam cimco ale nie ma takiego cyklu. jak narysuje w cimco kontur i dam opcje frezowania otworu czy kieszeni to niestety robi inny cykl.


chce użyc freza garanta D16.
najlepszą opcją byłoby wywiercenie otworu na środku x0y0 wiertłem 17,5 (takie już w programie idzie więc oszczedzam czas)




dobra zrobiłem przykładowy kod, jak ktoś ma symulacje może zobaczyć czy to jest frezowanie trochoidalne?

ja to musze robić niestety na wysięgu 200mm :D kupić oprawki to też nie jest łatwo w firmie której pracuje :shock:

głębokość 8,7
myślałem aby płytkowym wywiercić tylko to kolejne narzedzie a to kosztuje czas, pozatym narzedzie czyli ten frez jest długie więc nawet 1mm jakby brało to szybko go trafi..

frezowanie kieszeni frezem

witam, mam małą zagryche. musze wyfrezować 4 kieszenie, dł 120, szerokość 26 i są promienie r10. nie moge więc dać większego narzedzia niż D20, biorę więc do roboty freza VHM D20.
niestety wysięg jest duży, bo frez z oprawką ma dł L=220
chciałbym zapytać jak to zaprogramować aby żywotnośc freza była jak największa a przy tym zaoszczedzić jak najwiecej czasu. napisałem taki program, frezuje niestety w pełnym materiale.
