At the moment we finished new construction of B C axis for our 5 axis CNC router. After postprocessor tune up, we will start the real 5 axis CNC machining works. I will load up the video also as it is ready.
I don't think that this week it would be possible.

The spindle Kress is a temporary one, for the test works (we have already machined oak wood, we think that it will be good for aluminium also).
It will be changed for a better one in some time.

The construction is shaded by paper because the Chinese were very interested in our rotary axis design.

X Y Z axis precision rolled balscrews. Preloaded nuts.
Linear guide with preloaded 4 rows blocks.
Repeatable accuracy 0.01 mm on X Y Z axis.
B axis backlash 5 arcmin (11 microsteps).
C axis backlash 4 arcmin (12 microsteps).
We have not yet made 5-axis CNC machining on the router. We are adjusting the postprocessor right now.
Yes, the next model will have thicker legs.
