Falowanie obrotami

witam. chciałbym się dowiedzieć czy istnieje funkcja za zmianę obrotów podczas obróbki. Problem polega na tym gdyż mam do obrabiania bębny żeliwne ze względu na kształt trzymanie detalu mam za mała średnice a obrabiam dużo większą. detal wpada wibracje ale kręcąc potencjometrem obrotów od 100% do 60% niweluje to i wychodzi ładna powierzchnia. Czy istnieje możliwość zapisania tego w jakis sposób aby maszyna sama zmieniała sobie ten zakres w np. czasie jednej sekundy?? proszę o odp na e-mail [email protected]

Przejdź na stałą prędkość skrawania , tzn. z G97 na G96 (tak przynajmniej jest na Haas).

P.s.
Nie ma sterowania Fanuck ..... , lecz Fanuc.

Note: Other machine functions, like tool change (usually M06) or coolant control, have their M-code value specified by the PLC application not by the CNC software. Most of the M-code values in above list are configurable.

Other M-codes (up to M699) can be handled by the PLC application based on the particular machine requirements.

problem nie jest z G97 i G96. tylko jak wytaczam średnice np: fi 150 na długości 100 mm żeby wtedy obroty zmieniały mi się przykładowo z 500 do 400 w ciągu np pół sekundy aby wyeliminować powstające drgania

może inna płytka inny kąt natarcia...

drgania same nie powstają czasem oprawka źle zamocowana robi prace ....
